Training Management Service
Mtt offer a peripatetic Training Manager service to companies who need to have someone managing their training on an on-going basis but cannot justify a full time person in this role. Training Needs Analysis
We can provide a company wide service to determine your training needs. This can be provided as part of the front end of a training and development programme for your organisation or be a stand-alone one-off activity.
Preparation of Training Plans
This is often a natural follow-on to completing a "Training Needs" analysis and can be incorporated with that service. Alternatively, it can be an independent activity in those situations where training needs have already been identified.
Performance Appraisal
We can provide training to enable your own staff to carry out appraisals effectively and/or provide a mentoring service to assist effective implementation.
Employee Counselling
Typical situations where this service may be appropriate are redundancy or retirement scenarios. Redundancy counselling could be packaged with specific training programmes such as "Starting your own Business".
