Mtt are an accredited centre to deliver qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management and have an excellent record in the delivery of this type of programme.

Which programme is for you?
ILM Team Leading qualifications are for those people who are working in formal teams or groups, whether as team leaders/co-ordinators, or team members. The qualifications are equally suitable for members of self-managed teams.
ILM Diploma in Management qualifications meets the needs of the aspiring or actual middle manager.
Candidates for these programmes may work in offices and factories, in hospitals, in call centres, on building sites, in leisure centres, in the armed services and in the voluntary sector.
Management NVQ's
Mtt currently offer NVQ levels 3 and 4 in Management and will shortly be looking to offer level 5. The assessment for these qualifications is carried out in the workplace but some time away from the workplace may be required where further training in specific areas is identified.
