Opportunities with MTT and BTG

We are always keen to hear from people who may be interested in working with us, either on a part time or associate basis. Occasionally, full time positions become available. The following is a list of current opportunities.

Construction Instructors

We are looking to develop our capacity to deliver construction skills courses, either from our new training centre in Leighton Buzzard or from our Kempston site. If you have the skills, experience and qualifications to deliver in any of the following areas we would be interested in hearing from you:

• General Site Working
• Bricklaying
• Carpentry
• Painting and Decorating
• Plastering
• Plumbing

Construction Assessors

We require assessors to assess NVQ level 2 in the above skill areas across parts of the Eastern region including Bedford, Luton, Cambridge and Peterborough.Ideally, you will already be a qualified assessor, registered with the CITB but training to gain the A1 Assessor's Award can be given if required.

Business Improvement Techniques Trainers/Assessors

We have a requirement for the training and assessing of candidates to meet the BIT NVQ level 2 standard. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of productivity tools and techniques and have appropriate experience. You should be able to teach productivity theory and knowledge in a classroom situation.

NVQ Assessors - Other Areas

We are interested in assessors who can assess in any of the following areas:

• Business and Administration
• Customer Service
• Performing Engineering Operations
• Performing Manufacturing Operations
• Warehousing & Distribution

Forklift Trainers

We deliver forklift training both in our centre and on client sites across the region. If you are ITSSAR/RTITB qualified we would interested in hearing from you.
