Training Management Service
Mtt offer a peripatetic Training Manager service to companies who need to have someone managing their training on an on-going basis but cannot justify a full time person in this role. What does the service cover?
- Providing a professional advisory service to all levels of management on training and associated HR issues
- Training needs analysis on a departmental or organisational basis
- Preparation of Training Plans
- Implementation of training plans and management of training activities
- Maintenance of training records for all staff
- Management of apprenticeship training programmes including recruitment and assessment
- Providing an in-house training resource which can cater for an appropriate range of training needs such as supervisory training or specialised technical training

The service is designed to provide you with the support you need in order to develop your staff in the most effective way and aspects such as coaching and mentoring can be introduced at any stage when considered necessary.
